In Short

• Manage a high-volume legal Workers' Compensation caseload
• Communicate with relevant parties involved in cases
• Attend all case-related hearings
• Maintain detailed case notes
• Review and evaluate case files
• Possibly travel to WCAB locations
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Hearing Representative related to Workers Compensation
• Knowledge of CA Workers’ Compensation
• Understanding of the workers’ compensation system including EAMS, E-filing, and AME/PQME process
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Bilingual (English + Spanish) preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft applications
