Hearing Representative, Workers' Compensation - Remote

Overview

Abramson Labor Group is seeking a Workers' Compensation Hearing Representative to provide excellent service to clients while managing a high-volume caseload.

• Full-time position in the Workers' Compensation Department.
• Manage a high-volume legal Workers' Compensation caseload.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Hearing Representative related to Workers' Compensation.
• Knowledge of CA Workers’ Compensation.
• General understanding of the workers’ compensation system including EAMS, E-filing, and the AME/PQME process.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Bilingual (English + Spanish) preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications.
