Resolution Paralegal, Workers' Compensation - Remote

Overview

The Resolution Paralegal will work within the Workers’ Compensation Department to resolve and negotiate cases while advocating for employees' rights.

• Resolve and negotiate a high-volume caseload efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with all parties involved in a case.
• Review and evaluate case files to determine legal strategy.
• Independently assess case value and handle case negotiations.
• Calculate demands for Total Temporary Disability and Permanent Disability.
• Potential travel to assigned trial locations as needed.
• 1+ years of legal Workers’ Compensation experience required.
• Strong knowledge of California Workers’ Compensation regulations.
• Bilingual (English + Spanish) preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
