In Short

• Manage a docket of cases to resolution
• Prepare clients for depositions and attend them
• Respond to client inquiries and negotiate resolutions
• Provide guidance to non-attorneys
• Participate in team events
• Bring positivity to the workplace
• Provide feedback for performance improvement
• Must be California State Barred and reside in Northern California
• 3+ years of Workers' Compensation experience required
• Excellent writing and communication skills needed

Requirements

• 3+ Years of Workers' Compensation Experience Required
• Comfortable with fast-paced work environments
• Doctors' deposition experience (preferred)
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Candidates must be in good standing with the California State Bar
