• Work closely with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators.
• 2 to 5+ years of workers' compensation defense experience required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s and Juris Doctor degrees.
• Member of the State Bar of California, in good standing.
• Superior research, analytical, and negotiating ability.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Commitment to proactive case management.
• Experience in Merus or Litify preferred but not required.
• Experience in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Teams preferred but not required.
