The Disengagement Clerk is responsible for managing a high volume of workers' compensation cases, ensuring effective communication and case closure.

• Manage high volume of cases efficiently.
• Draft and file legal pleadings.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in workers' compensation or legal field (preferred).
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) (preferred).
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
• Knowledge of CA Workers’ Compensation Laws (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
