Overview

Abnormal AI is seeking an energetic and organised Marketing Manager to own the planning and execution of regional and partner-driven demand generation programs aligned to the BENELUX region.

In Short

  • Drive net-new and expansion pipeline generation aligned to regional revenue targets.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns tailored to regional markets.
  • Partner with sales leadership to define campaign priorities and ensure effective lead handoff.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance and provide regular reporting.
  • Manage field events and partnerships to increase engagement.
  • Collaborate with corporate marketing and cross-functional teams.
  • Co-create marketing programs with channel partners.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com for campaign management and tracking.
  • Communicate program status to stakeholders.
  • Build processes and automation to improve team efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in B2B demand generation or revenue marketing.
  • Proven success generating pipeline aligned to sales goals.
  • Deep understanding of demand generation tactics and measurement.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation tools.
  • Data fluency to derive insights and communicate performance.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Knowledge of marketing operations and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience building relationships with sales and channel partners.
