Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or related experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Proven success in driving talent acquisition strategy.
  • Strong networking skills.
  • Proven talent evaluation and selection skills.
  • Ability to develop a localized talent acquisition strategy.
  • Engaging personality with adaptability to change.
  • Collaborative approach with cross-functional partners.
  • Successful track record in building relationships.
  • Curiosity and desire to learn.
