Overview

The Gender Planner APAC will develop and execute planning strategies for a specific gender across APAC, collaborating with various teams to align inventory, style counts, and promotional strategies.

In Short

  • Develop and execute planning strategies for specific gender across APAC.
  • Provide input on volume, inventory, and style count targets.
  • Develop assortment frameworks for key departments.
  • Participate in milestone meetings to highlight regional strategies.
  • Partner with promo resources for in-season execution.
  • Present weekly updates on regional performance.
  • Review regional progress and propose adjustments.
  • Conduct monthly plan reconciliations.
  • Execute detailed hindsight after each season.
  • Interface remotely with Home Office teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • At least 8 years of planning experience in retail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Clear knowledge of customer and product trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Team-oriented with strong leadership skills.
  • Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional partners.
