Overview

The Space Planner at JLL plays a crucial role in optimizing workspace and ensuring it meets client standards while supporting the development of space planning solutions aligned with business needs.

In Short

• Understand space availability and workplace conditions.
• Support development and delivery of Space Planning solutions.
• Manage CAFM/IWMS data for accurate reporting.
• Facilitate planning issues in customer meetings.
• Develop migration plans for group and individual moves.
• Recommend and enforce space policies and standards.
• Collaborate with various teams on planning strategies.
• Track and report office demand and capacity metrics.
• Prepare communications and floor plans for stakeholders.
• Analyze occupancy data and forecast headcount impacts.

Requirements

• Strong relationship building and customer service skills.
• Experience with activity-based working programs preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Space planning experience including stacking and adjacency planning.
• CAFM/IWMS experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• AutoCAD skills preferred.
• Problem-solving aptitude.
• Tactical planning experience.
