Forbes Media is seeking a Sales Planner to join our fast-paced Revenue team, responsible for managing the full lifecycle of advertising partnerships and providing optimal client service support.

Support Sales Rep in pre-sale efforts including preparing proposals and managing deadlines.
Collaborate with various teams to develop media plans and marketing collateral.
Understand Forbes brand and leverage resources to produce compelling sales proposals.
Manage contract and IO creation/negotiations.
Oversee post-sale activities and campaign delivery.
Develop contracts and manage revisions.
Serve as liaison between clients and internal teams.
Accompany Sales Reps on relevant sales calls.
Handle administrative tasks including database management and expense reports.
Work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
1+ years of experience in strategic planning or digital sales.
Experience in digital planning, sales or campaign management.
Proficiency with reporting tools such as Salesforce and Media Radar.
Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
Customer service focus with a sense of urgency.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks.
