In Short

• Craft compelling design assets for performance-driven advertising.
• Produce motion graphics and short-form video content.
• Edit existing video assets for social media platforms.
• Collaborate with media and content teams on campaign goals.
• Maintain brand consistency across all assets.
• Design and implement A/B tests using CRO tools.
• Conduct user research and usability testing.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in graphic design.
• 1 year experience with motion graphics.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Basic video editing experience using Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of performance marketing metrics.

• Annual base salary range of $70,000 - $95,000 CAD.
