Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in graphic design, with a focus on performance-driven creative.
• 1 year experience with motion graphics.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Basic video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of performance marketing metrics like A/B Testing and CRO Analytics.
