In Short

• We’re looking for a creative, curious, and ambitious designer excited to make their mark in performance-driven advertising.
• You’ll bring ideas to life across channels like LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Responsible for designing and implementing creative assets for A/B tests and optimization strategies.
• Craft compelling design assets such as ad sets and landing pages.
• Produce motion graphics and basic short-form video cutdowns.
• Collaborate with media and content teams to align creative with campaign goals.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Work in a remote-first environment with the option to use offices in Irvine, California.

Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in graphic design focused on performance-driven creative.
• Experience with motion graphics.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite including Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign.
• Basic video editing and motion graphics experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of performance marketing metrics like A/B Testing and CRO Analytics.

• Annual base salary range of $70,000- $80,000 USD.
