Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Release Manager to lead and coordinate software releases across the Americas region, ensuring the smooth deployment of applications and services while adhering to client-defined release processes.

• Coordinate and manage software releases across the Americas region.
• Support production and higher-environment deployments.
• Monitor and respond to production alerts.
• Assist with incident management and resolution.

• Maintain and improve release documentation and schedules.
• Facilitate deployment readiness reviews and retrospectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in release management.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and deployment best practices.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Git, Jenkins.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with change management frameworks.
• Experience in enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and cloud platforms is a plus.
