Requirements

• Proficient or bilingual in German and advanced English.
• Excellent customer care and communication skills.
• High IT knowledge in Signal Path Connectivity and Wireless Networking.
• Experience in a customer service environment, preferably technical support.
• Familiarity with Windows and Mac environments.
• Ability to work flexibly and handle stress.
