In Short

  • Develop expertise in ABBYY's licensing models and pricing structures.
  • Provide consultative guidance to sales teams on deal structuring.
  • Implement a structured deal review process.
  • Identify potential deal blockers and ensure policy compliance.
  • Serve as a liaison between Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations.
  • Lead the review process for non-standard and high-value deals.
  • Optimize the quote-to-order process for efficiency.
  • Manage Deal Desk functions and maintain SLAs for deal reviews.
  • Collaborate with IT to enhance CPQ system configurations.
  • Conduct training sessions for sales teams on deal structuring.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Contract Management.
  • Expertise in quote-to-cash processes and deal structuring.
  • Proficiency with CPQ tools and contract management systems.
  • Strong Salesforce CRM skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages valued.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills across departments.
  • Nice to have: Understanding of SaaS pricing models.
