Overview

The Sales Support Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the Neurovascular Sales team by ensuring accurate processing, tracking, and fulfillment of orders while maintaining communication with internal teams and field representatives.

In Short

• Coordinate with internal teams and field representatives.
• Handle Customer Care Support duties and escalated cases.
• Support sales representatives with inquiries.
• Assist with consignment management tasks.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for FIMS and SAP.
• Maintain training for sales reps on order management.

Requirements

• High School diploma with 6 years of experience or Associate’s Degree with 4 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 6 years of Customer Service or Sales Support experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP preferred.
