Overview

The Senior Manager Regulatory Affairs US Advertising and Promotion Immunology-Dermatology combines knowledge of scientific, regulatory and business issues to enable products that are developed, manufactured or distributed to meet the required legislation.

• Proactively captures and disseminates activities impacting pharmaceutical regulatory policies.
• Represents the department in trade associations and develops relationships with trade association managers.
• Summarizes findings in concise reports for distribution within the company.
• Oversees operations productivity and development of regulatory staff.
• Develops and guides implementation strategies for promotional activities.
• Applies regulatory/technical knowledge across therapeutic areas.
• Ensures compliance with established regulations and promotional guidelines.
• Presents information to cross-functional groups effectively.
• Delivers difficult messages to commercial organizations while maintaining relationships.
• Establishes relationships with management and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science plus 7 years of relevant industry experience.
• PharmD degree preferred plus 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in a complex and matrix environment with strong negotiation skills.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Management experience preferred.
• Experience in US Regulatory Affairs Advertising and Promotion preferred.
