Overview

The Associate Director, Regulatory Affairs US Advertising and Promotion is responsible for setting strategy and leading cross-functional, multidisciplinary, therapeutic teams, and executes multidivisional initiatives.

In Short

  • Set strategy and lead cross-functional therapeutic teams.
  • Evaluate productivity metrics for business needs.
  • Maintain communication with Medical, Marketing, Regulatory, and Legal teams.
  • Manage departmental budget and project expenditures.
  • Analyze trends affecting business opportunities.
  • Operate independently and manage departmental initiatives.
  • Encourage innovation and mentor staff members.
  • Understand regulations related to advertising and promotions.
  • Develop complex processes and strategic presentations.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • Advanced degree preferred in relevant fields.
  • Experience in US Regulatory Affairs Advertising and Promotion preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience developing global regulatory strategies.
  • Management experience preferred.
