Overview

The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) will be responsible for executing high-impact territory initiatives and serving as a scientific resource to healthcare providers in the Neuroscience therapeutic area, specifically focusing on migraine treatment.

In Short

• Develop and execute territory plans aligned with Neurology medical objectives.
• Build relationships with external experts in the therapeutic area.
• Deliver on territory plan objectives and meet project deadlines.
• Provide education on disease states and AbbVie products.
• Support research initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
• Travel up to 75% of the time within the assigned territory.
• Possess problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Meet healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements.
• Continuously educate self on market trends and product knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health sciences; advanced degree preferred.
• 2+ years of clinical or industry experience preferred.
• Exhibit leadership attributes aligned with company initiatives.
• Ability to learn and apply skills in Scientific Storytelling and Active Listening.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
