Manager, HEOR Strategy Oncology - Remote

Overview

The Manager, HEOR Strategy Oncology is responsible for developing and executing outcomes research to demonstrate the value of AbbVie’s products, primarily focused on oncology.

In Short

• Develops economic models and conducts analyses.
• Drives the creation of the Outcomes Research Plan.
• Partners with HEOR Center Of Excellence functions.
• Synthesizes data for value messaging.
• Identifies research gaps and objectives.
• Manages evidence generation and documentation.
• Maintains understanding of health policy environment.
• Supports health outcomes technical specialty areas.
• Communicates findings internally and externally.
• Builds relationships with clinical and outcomes thought leaders.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in health economics or related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience with a Master’s degree.
• Strong foundation in HEOR specialties.
• Experience with health economic projects.
• Proven track record of scientific excellence.
• Technical expertise in economic modeling and PRO measures.
• Experience in oncology preferred.
• Prior experience in pharmaceutical or biotech preferred.
