The Immunology Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) is a key member of the brand strategic marketing team at AbbVie, responsible for engaging with external experts and developing marketing strategies in the immunology field.

In Short

• Primary point of contact for the AbbVie Marketing team within an assigned region.
• Interact with national/regional/local External Experts to gather insights.
• Develop regional engagement plans aligned with brand strategies.
• Lead marketing initiatives and manage compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate with multiple internal departments and external vendors.
• Identify and recruit faculty for national series rollout and speaker training.
• Provide insights to senior leadership based on brand key business questions.
• Manage marketing budget effectively for various initiatives.
• Travel up to 60% of the time, including weekends.
• Collaborative working style across integrated teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• At least 2 years of experience in Immunology, sales, or marketing preferred.
• Strong communication skills with External Experts.
• Ability to translate market trends into strategic plans.
• Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards in pharmaceuticals.
• Experience managing multiple projects and delivering high-quality work.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
