Overview

The Digital Lab Banner Ad Product Owner is responsible for onboarding, training, and leading a team of banner specialists who create banners for web and social campaign placement.

In Short

• Act as business owner of the commercial enterprise banner creation tool.
• Establish and maintain strategic cross-functional relationships.
• Provide strategic guidance for the technical implementation of the banner creation tool.
• Manage budget and banner tool licenses.
• Create and maintain the enterprise banner product playbook.
• Onboard, train, and lead a team of banner specialists.
• Manage, coach, and develop the team to meet brand objectives.
• Ensure high quality and error-free implementation of banners.
• Keep abreast of industry best practices and new technology.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and audits with leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 7+ years of paid media marketing experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading a team of banner specialists.
• Ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
• Strong client service and project management skills.
• Expert knowledge of banner ads with HTML/CSS experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in Pharma preferred but not required.
