Clinical Research Associate I - Remote

Overview

This is a field based / remote position focused on advancing AbbVie's pipeline through excellence in clinical research. The role involves engaging with clinical trial sites and ensuring compliance and quality in study execution.

In Short

• Primary contact for investigative sites, providing information on clinical trials.
• Train and motivate site staff and principal investigators.
• Conduct site evaluations and monitoring activities under supervision.
• Customize engagement strategies for assigned studies.
• Ensure effective recruitment and retention for clinical trials.
• Proactively assess risks and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Manage investigator payments as per contract obligations.
• Ensure quality and timely submission of study data.
• Maintain audit and regulatory inspection readiness.
• Collaborate across functions to build strong relationships.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in health-related disciplines preferred.
• Clinically related experience in research coordinating or data management.
• Understanding of therapeutic areas and clinical trial requirements.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to leverage technology for site support.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Integrity and focus on delivering quality outcomes.
