Overview

The Clinical Research Associate I will work remotely and is responsible for advancing AbbVie's pipeline through excellence in clinical research, ensuring compliance and improving data integrity while enhancing the overall study performance and customer experience.

• Act as the primary contact for investigative sites.
• Train and motivate site staff on clinical trial goals.
• Conduct site evaluations and monitoring activities.

• Manage investigator payments as per contracts.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in health-related disciplines preferred.
• Experience in clinical research or data management.
• Knowledge of therapeutic areas and scientific concepts.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and GCP guidelines.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to leverage technology and tools for support.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Integrity and self-motivation in a fast-paced environment.
