Associate Scientist II, Computational Pathology - Remote

Overview

The Associate Scientist II in Computational Pathology at AbbVie will focus on analyzing and interpreting complex data, developing machine learning models, and maintaining digital pathology infrastructure.

• Hypothesize, analyze, visualize & interpret complex large multi-dimensional data.
• Curate data to train & validate pathology machine learning models.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 1 year programming experience in Python, Matlab &/or R.
• Experience visualizing data using Python libraries like seaborn & matplotlib.
• Experience with statistical software like JPM or PRISM.
• Experience building machine learning models.
• Experience with digital pathology tools: Visiopharm, Halo, QuPath or Napari.
• Experience utilizing AWS S3 buckets.
