• This Project Manager role will fill the in support of more senior Project and Program Management staff.
• Opportunity to work on information technology projects within the US healthcare payer industry.
• Gain experience on projects where cutting edge cloud-based technologies are being deployed.
• Serve as the central point of coordination between cross functional teams.
• Support project scoping, planning, and timeline estimation.
• Monitor and report project progress, risks, and blockers.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of PMO standards and tools.
• Mentor team members on Agile best practices.
• Take ownership of maintaining project documentation.
• Provide project management support duties as needed to program management.

Requirements

• 3+ years professional experience in IT project management roles.
• 1+ years’ experience in Agile Methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
• Software development technology background.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong soft skills for intra-team relationship building.
• Payer industry (Medicaid) experience preferred.
