Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for completing transversal technology projects on time, on budget and to quality standards while ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders and proactively managing risks.

• Clarify objectives, deliverables and milestones for cross-functional or complex technology projects.
• Ensure quality standards in documentation, project structure, and legal requirements.
• Develop and monitor project plans including schedule, budget, and resources.
• Coordinate technical teams and project stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Manage scope changes, priorities, and stakeholder expectations.
• Use project management tools like Jira, MS Project, Miro, and Confluence.
• Prepare and lead follow-up meetings.
• Guarantee quality of deliverables and end-user satisfaction.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, engineering or project management.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, preferably in IT.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or Scrum Master certification is an asset.
• Bilingualism in French and English.
• Excellent command of project management methodologies.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of web, cloud, software, or information systems technologies.
• Proficiency in collaborative tools like Microsoft Teams.
• Ability to evolve in a dynamic environment.
