In Short

• Lead, manage and perform billable activities as a Sr. Solution Architect/Enterprise Architect or Engagement Lead for implementations.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand their business processes and translate business requirements into systems solutions.
• Provide expert level guidance and strategies for implementing SPIFF based on best practices.
• Gather and define business requirements with clients and end-users.
• Collaborate with internal team members to design solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Liaison between customer stakeholders and technical team for solution design and implementation.
• Collaborate with developers to test and verify solutions.
• Assist with project management and coordination of project activities.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of SPIFF product offerings.
• Expert level understanding of Salesforce product suite.
• Collaborative, flexible, and adaptable in customer interactions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex systems.
• Experience defining business requirements and use cases.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Experience working with enterprise clients.
