In Short

• Lead the implementation of Salesforce Revenue Cloud (RCA).
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the customer.
• Collaborate with internal team members to design solutions.
• Act as liaison between customer and technical teams.
• Configure Salesforce Billing, Revenue, and Add-On products.
• Work with development team to perform testing.
• Make recommendations to improve efficiency.
• Provide technical leadership to teams.
• Create training materials and conduct training.
• Assist with project management and coordination.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience implementing and/or configuring Salesforce RCA.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce product suite.
• Ability to lead business discussions and architect solutions.
• Understanding of billing processes and revenue recognition.
• Experience in requirements gathering and business analysis.
• Experience in data analysis and system design.
• Collaborative and adaptable with excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working with enterprise level clients.
• Experience managing tasks on multiple projects.
