We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join us as an Operations Assistant. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to C-level executives of US-based tech startups, with a focus on business development, fundraising, financial management, and overall company operations.

In Short

• Own execution and follow-through by translating leadership priorities into clear actions.
• Support founder decision-making through structured research and analysis.
• Act as a communication extension of C-level executives.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1+).
• Ability to work aligned with US business hours.
• Proven ability to organize work and manage multiple workstreams.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking skills.
• High level of ownership and follow-through.
• AI-driven mindset with a focus on automation.
• Prior experience in an administrative or operations role.
• Willingness to complete the A-Players Startup Training Program.
