Overview

A-Players is a fully remote company with a mission to help impact-driven companies succeed more than profit-driven ones. We are hiring a Customer Operations Associate for one of our U.S.-based clients in the e-commerce and influencer marketing industry. This startup is rapidly scaling, and the CS team is transitioning from a fully manual support model to a hybrid product–automation, operations system. Currently, they are looking for a hyper-organized, systems-obsessed project manager to own and evolve the operational workflows behind our campaign launches.

In Short

  • Own the full lifecycle of campaign launches with rigor, clarity, and accountability.
  • Maintain and evolve the Airtable Campaign Dashboard as the operational “source of truth.”
  • Bridge the gap between current operations and future software automation.
  • Redesign workflows to identify friction points and create automations.
  • Propose workflow automations, UI/UX improvements, and system rules.
  • Manage admin-heavy workflows to allow CS managers to focus on strategy.
  • Ensure all steps are completed and deadlines are met.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in English — C1 level spoken and written.
  • 1–3 years of experience in project management, operations, or CS/Product Ops.
  • Proven ownership of end-to-end workflows with deadlines and dependencies.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Airtable.
  • Experience designing and improving processes and workflows.
  • Systems- and product-minded with the ability to translate ops pain points into scalable solutions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and reliability.
  • Clear, structured communicator comfortable working cross-functionally.
  • Willingness to complete the A-Players Startup Training Program.
