Overview

We’re searching for a mid-level Non-IT Recruiter to help us fill U.S.-based business roles across sales, marketing, operations, customer-facing teams, and leadership positions.

In Short

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for U.S. business roles.
  • Source candidates through various channels.
  • Screen candidates for communication skills and role fit.
  • Conduct structured phone/video interviews.
  • Optimize candidate pipelines in ATS/CRM systems.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
  • Track recruitment performance metrics.
  • Operate in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Availability to work in U.S. timezone, preferably PST.
  • Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems is a plus.

Requirements

  • Proven experience recruiting for U.S. or European markets.
  • Strong experience with non-IT recruitment.
  • Experience hiring for sales, marketing, operations, or management roles.
  • Full-cycle recruitment experience.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with hiring targets and KPIs.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and candidate pipelines.
