Data Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Data Business Analyst at ServiceMac will be responsible for the production, maintenance, and development of regulatory reports and data solutions in the mortgage servicing industry.

In Short

• Develop operational, management, and exception reports using T-SQL.
• Create ad-hoc reporting for regulatory requests.
• Interpret regulatory requirements into actionable specifications.
• Mine, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources.
• Work closely with business units to define requirements.
• Perform validity tests on report results.
• Assist in documenting existing reports and data dictionaries.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in a financial or banking environment preferred.
• Support a people-first culture that celebrates diversity and inclusion.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience as a data analyst or related role.
• Formal training in SQL query language.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft T-SQL.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Mortgage Servicing platforms preferred.
