The Dialysis Program Manager Registered Nurse is responsible for the daily operations and growth of the Home Therapies program, ensuring quality patient care and compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (R.N.).
• Current state licensure required.
• Minimum of one year dialysis experience.
• Preferred experience in medical-surgical nursing or ICU.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Completion of a training course in dialysis therapies.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in communication and customer service.
