Overview

The Dialysis Clinical Manager Registered Nurse is responsible for ensuring quality patient care and managing clinical operations in accordance with regulatory requirements. This role includes leadership, staff development, and maintaining compliance with healthcare standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing; Advanced Degree preferred.
• Current RN license in the appropriate state.
• 6-8 years of related experience in nursing.
• 3+ years of supervisory or project management experience preferred.
• Minimum of 12 months clinical nursing experience required.
• Experience in dialysis nursing required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems effectively.
• Commitment to continuous quality improvement.
• Must complete Clinical Manager training modules.
