Clinical Services Manager (Registered Nurse) - Remote

Overview

The Clinical Services Manager is responsible for leading clinical resources to deliver quality, cost-effective care to patients while mentoring and coaching teams of Integrated Care Nurses and Care Coordinators.

• Ensures compliance with policies and regulations.
• Coordinates patient care across DaVita facilities.
• Requires travel within Ohio.
• May include overnight travel.

Requirements

• Current RN license in Ohio.
• 4 - 6 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Basic computer skills, proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience managing data-driven outcomes.
• Current CPR certification.
• Preferred certifications: CNN or CCM.
• Current driver’s license with a positive record.
• Ability to meet insurance coverage requirements.
