Dialysis Clinical Manager Registered Nurse - RN - Remote

Overview

As a Clinical Manager with Fresenius Medical Care, you will ensure that quality patient care is delivered while maintaining clinical operations. You will be part of a collaborative team responsible for providing dialysis treatment to patients facing end stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.

In Short

• Manage clinic operations including costs, processes, staffing, and quality standards.
• Coordinate all aspects of patient care from admission through discharge.
• Participate in the selection and hiring of new team members.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development plans for all direct reports.
• Oversee the facility’s Home Therapies Program.
• Responsible for clinic financials and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with all data collections and auditing activities.
• Facilitate strong physician relationships and communication.
• Participate in an interdisciplinary team for policy governance.
• Advocate for employee professional growth and development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN).
• Current appropriate state licensure.
• 6+ years of business operations experience in a healthcare facility.
• 12 months of clinical nursing experience.
• 6 months of chronic or acute dialysis nursing experience.
• Successfully pass the Ishihara Color Blind Test.
• 3+ years supervisory or project/program management experience preferred.
• Med/surg or ICU/CCU experience preferred.
