The Clinical Coordinator - Charge Registered Nurse - Dialysis is responsible for ensuring quality patient care and managing clinical operations in accordance with regulatory requirements. This role involves supervising nursing staff, participating in patient care planning, and maintaining compliance with healthcare standards.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing (R.N.).
• Registered and licensed to practice in the applicable State.
• Minimum of 12 months nursing experience, with 6 months in dialysis.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Certified in CPR.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in medical/surgical nursing preferred.
• Ability to work in a healthcare environment.
• Knowledge of dialysis principles and techniques.
• Willingness to travel between facilities.
