Overview

The Lead Charge Nurse is responsible for ensuring quality patient care and maintaining cost-effective clinical operations while adhering to regulatory requirements. This role involves managing daily operations, guiding patient care staff, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing (R.N.).
• Registered and licensed to practice in the applicable State.
• Minimum of 12 months of nursing experience.
• 6 months of specialized experience in dialysis care.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Certified in CPR or completion of CPR certification course.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
