Overview

The Lead Charge Nurse is responsible for ensuring quality patient care and maintaining cost-effective clinical operations while overseeing the delivery of safe and effective outcomes in a dialysis facility.

• Manage daily decisions to ensure continuity of patient care

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (R.N.)
• Registered and licensed to practice in the applicable State
• Minimum of 12 months nursing experience
• 6 months specialized experience in dialysis care
• Preferred supervisory or management experience
• Certified in CPR
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a healthcare facility environment
• Willingness to travel between facilities
