Overview

As the Data Analyst, Product at 7shifts, you will act as a dedicated partner to our Product teams, helping them measure what matters, uncover meaningful insights, and identify opportunities to drive business impact.

In Short

• Conduct in-depth analyses using SQL and BI tools.
• Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports.
• Develop and maintain data models using dbt and SQL.
• Partner with teams to understand data needs and deliver recommendations.
• Provide ad hoc analyses and build self-serve data tools.
• Validate and troubleshoot data for accuracy.
• Present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with large datasets.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Experience building data models using dbt.
• Background in business, analytics, or a technical field.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in a SaaS or tech environment.
