Requirements

• 10+ years in accounting with leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA strongly preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, food production, or CPG.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel.
• Expertise in cost accounting and inventory management.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and results-oriented.
