Sales Support Officer - Remote

Overview

A dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Support Officer to join our East Coast team. This role involves a variety of tasks focused on supporting our sales operations and enhancing client relationships.

In Short

• Respond to and manage incoming calls from clients and potential customers.
• Manage inquiries through the website and provide telephone consultation.
• Initiate contact with potential clients from real estate sale lists.
• Provide coverage for sales representatives when they are out of the office.
• Gather detailed information for new transactions and review with clients.
• Accurately enter new contacts and manage deals in Salesforce.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Act as liaison between Sales Team and Operations Team.
• Analyze data to identify new leads for business growth.
• Provide support for various sales projects and collaborate with the team.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a sales support or customer service role.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to analyze data and generate insights.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.
• Experience with IRC Section 1031 rules is a plus.
