As a front-end WordPress developer, you will be responsible for the user interface of our website, requiring advanced knowledge of WordPress, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.

Transform app designs into front-end code with WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Work with back-end developers to integrate UI components with APIs and databases.
Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical requirements or UX design.
Debug errors, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine performance optimizations.
Manage the on-site search engine optimization (SEO).
Write high-quality, scalable, and reusable code.
Stay plugged into emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years experience developing modern, responsive, and cross-browser-compatible websites using WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with JavaScript libraries such as jQuery and Bootstrap.
Proficient with HTML5, including semantic HTML5 elements, microformats, and WAI-ARIA.
Familiar with CSS preprocessors such as Sass, Less, or Tailwind CSS.
Working knowledge of SEO principles.
Experience with build tools such as Grunt, Gulp, or Webpack.
Basic proficiency with Photoshop or Figma.
Experience with cross-browser compatibility testing.
Experience with responsive web design.
Familiar with W3C and W3GAC html standards.
Have a fully functional and up-to-date computer with which to perform duties.
Willing to install next-generation endpoint protection on the computer.
Current resident of the Philippines and can perform work from there.
Willing to work in US Pacific business hours (8am-5pm PST).
