Overview

As a Azure Systems Engineer, you are a key part of an outstanding 24x7 global support team that provides technical support to ensure our customers' games, and their players, stay online.

In Short

• Ensure understanding and troubleshooting of user needs, responding to customer requests within SLA.
• Monitor, manage and maintain daily activities of Azure environments.
• Assist with resource provisioning, migration, configuration in Azure.
• Manage cloud networking and security.
• Raise issues to relevant technical teams as needed.
• Respond to sophisticated tickets, navigating difficult scenarios.

Requirements

• Experience with hosting/IaaS/cloud products in a customer-facing technical support role.
• 5-8 years in a helpdesk environment.
• Deep experience with Linux and Windows server administration.
• Self-managed and highly productive individual.
• Keen curiosity about programming or code-based projects.
• Experience working in a global shift-oriented team.
• Fully functional and up-to-date computer.
• Willingness to install next-generation endpoint protection.
• Current resident of the Philippines.
• Willing to work in US Pacific time zone.
