• Oversee cloud resource and application performance using Azure monitoring tools.
• Lead a team of cloud engineers, providing mentorship on cloud best practices, automation, and security.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation on cloud architecture, automation processes, and security protocols.
• Stay up to date with emerging Azure cloud technologies and identify opportunities for innovation.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to ensure seamless cloud service integration.

Requirements

• 7-9 years of professional experience as an Azure Cloud Engineer.
• U.S. citizenship status required due to government contract.
• Advanced knowledge of Azure cloud services, including virtual machines and Azure Active Directory.
• Strong hands-on experience with cloud automation tools such as Azure Automation and Terraform.
• In-depth understanding of cloud security best practices, including IAM and network security.
• Experience with DevOps principles and tools (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, Git).
• Public Trust Clearance preferred.
• ITIL 3-4 certification preferred.
• Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) is a plus.
• Familiarity with multi-cloud environments and hybrid cloud architectures is beneficial.
