Overview

The Senior DevOps Consultant at 3Cloud is responsible for supporting clients' Microsoft Azure infrastructure, ensuring proactive maintenance and effective communication to resolve incidents efficiently.

In Short

• Support client’s Microsoft Azure infrastructure.
• Communicate ticket status and escalate cases as necessary.
• Interact with clients to troubleshoot IT issues.
• Install and configure client systems in Azure.
• Manage cost, security, and compliance for client environments.
• Execute monthly maintenance of Azure infrastructure.
• Create and maintain documentation for client environments.
• Promote best practices for organizational processes.
• Provide consultation and monthly reports on cloud infrastructure.
• Participate in weekly client discussions to address issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience with cloud servers and services.
• Experience in a 24x7 managed services environment.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and ITSM systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
• System administration experience with Windows and Linux.
• Knowledge of CloudFormation and Terraform.
• Understanding of sys admin concepts and Azure services.
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated with a desire for personal development.
