Biospan is looking for a talented recruiter to source and place chefs for their private chef and nutrition service across the globe.

• Company: Biospan — private chefs & nutrition-forward meal services (UK/EU/US/UAE)
• Location: Remote (LATAM)
• Hours: 6:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. local
• Type: Full-time
• Compensation: $1200 to $1,400 base + bonuses
• OTE: $2.6k–$3.2k/month at target
• 3+ years in recruitment using ATS systems
• Proven fast-fills in hard-to-source roles (hospitality/chefs is a big plus)
• Strong English and organized communication skills
• Data-driven and proactive approach

• 3+ years in recruitment using ATS systems (Greenhouse a plus)
• Proven fast-fills in hard-to-source roles (hospitality/chefs is a big plus)
• Strong English
• Organised, fast, calm under pressure; proactive with same-day comms
• Data-driven and experiment-minded (you track what works)
